PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
As long as you have a basic level of health and physical fitness, you’ll be fine. There are no major physical challenges planned for this trip, but you will be on your feet a lot. We will be doing a lot of walking, standing, and climbing stairs in warm/humid conditions.
